As Night Auditor, you ensure accurate overnight operations, financial integrity, and guest peace of mind while reflecting our values: Humbleness, Respect, Kindness, Integrity, and Progressiveness.Key Duties:Reconcile daily hotel transactions and prepare revenue reports.Verify POS, reservation, and third-party balances.Manage late check-ins/outs, wake-up calls, and guest needs with professionalism.Maintain safety, cleanliness, and calm overnight.Assist with room service and breakfast orders.Provide detailed morning handovers, log incidents, and maintain operational notes.Conduct routine security checks; report safety or maintenance concerns.Support team meetings and ensure procedure compliance.Requirements:Matric; hospitality qualification is an advantage.3+ years in night audit/front office at 45-star hotel.Familiar with hotel systems (e.g., Opera, Mews, Semper).Detail-oriented, numerate, and fluent in English.Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.Why Join Us?Be part of a purpose-driven team that values service, excellence, and upliftment.Remuneration is market-related.
