Knowledge of legislative requirements as it relates to Conveyancing such as Contract law and Deeds processes Must have experience in managing Conveyancing Secretaries and other related resources Responsible for Property Registrations, Notary, Registrations Supervision – supervise the Conveyancing secretarial duties related to registration, lodgement, contract signature, local authorities and any legal related process with the property Registration.
