Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally answer and direct incoming calls.
• Welcome visitors and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to clients, staff, and contractors.
• Manage administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
• Maintain a neat, professional reception area at all times.
• Assist with SAP-related tasks and basic reporting (if applicable).

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Computer certificate (MS Office essential).
• SAP Certificate will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Organized with excellent time-management skills.
