Requirements: Focusing on new business only with 5 to 8 years experience in renewable energy Represent our companys products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales activities and quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring Skills and Qualifications 5 years sales experience. Electrical or Solar PV sales experience is advantageous Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills Proficiency with sales management software and CRM Personal integrity Sales Consultant CV Must-Haves: Your sales achievements and skills attained within the industry. Your skills of achieving targets and generating new leads. Focus on your performance, not just responsibilities. Your key strengths per job under your career history. Preferably with a financial background Essential Responsibilities: Sales Consultant Duties Sell the services and solutions that the company offers. Grow and maintain a strong client base. Find new business opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals. Respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and service enquiries. Be a “brand ambassador” that represents the companys brand and values. Sales Consultant Skills: A unique combination of skills to drive sales and achieve targets. Some key skills include: Strong negotiating and selling skills. Be well-groomed and presentable. Have excellent people skills and intuitive to clients needs. Be fully bilingual (with a third African language being beneficial). Giving professional presentations. Not buckling under pressure and be very target driven. Being computer literate in software such as Microsoft Word/Excel. Being calm when dealing with customer complaints and issues. Working well as part of a bigger sales team but also be able to deliver and work independently.
