Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and translate them into
actionable UX strategies.
? Lead or support user research activities including interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
? Develop user personas, journey maps, task flows, and other UX artifacts.
? Design intuitive information architectures and low-to-high fidelity wireframes.
? Create visually stunning and user-friendly UI mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD,
or Sketch.
? Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the design vision is effectively
implemented.
? Present design solutions to internal and external stakeholders and iterate based on
feedback.
? Build or manage a design system when required to ensure design consistency.
Required Skills:
? Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
? Strong grasp of UX strategy, including persona creation, journey mapping, and
information architecture.
? Hands-on experience with user research
? A strong eye for UI/visual design and attention to detail.
? Experience with prototyping, usability testing, and feedback incorporation.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to articulate design rationale
effectively.
