Tertiary qualification essential
At least 5+ years of experience in a relationship management or business development role within the UCaaS, CCaaS, or related technology sectors
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, experience in both hunting for new opportunities and farming existing accounts to maximize growth
Familiarity with managing relationships in international markets and navigating cross-cultural dynamics to drive global success
Strong understanding of UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, along with the ability to articulate technical features and benefits to a variety of stakeholders
Experience in a White Label partner ecosystem or SaaS-based business model
Knowledge of the telecommunications or cloud communications industry (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
