Our client in the Firearms and Outdoor industry is looking for an Admin/Floor Manager.

Key responsibilities
• Successfully manage staff/customer enquiries
• Adhere to all sales/safe procedures and knowledge of safe admin will be beneficial
• Regular reporting and feedback to store manager
• Daily floor walks
• Daily backorder checks
• Monthly Non-Stock Backorder investigation
• Daily managing tasks on wanderlust and ensuring all daily duties are conducted timeously

Requirements

Behavioral Competencies:
• Proven sales track record
• Balanced and mature behavioral profile
• Energetic/self-motivated and goal oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and put in extra efforts to meet tight deadlines
• Strong customer orientation skills, and trading mentality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability
• Ability to identify and resolve problems timeously and accurately
• Managing the team by example and leading from the front.

Requirements:
• Solid Experience in sales management of retail stores.
• Matric
• Competency to trade in firearms and ammunition
• Good knowledge of excel and Microsoft office in general
• Knowledge of investigating stock movement, hazard counts as well as stock takes will be beneficial.
• Experience in Labour scheduling and staff scheduling
• Sound Knowledge of the hunting and sport shooting industry
