Sales Executive

Purpose of the Role:
To drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and closing sales deals. The Sales Executive will play a key role in meeting sales targets and contributing to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales leads, markets, and business opportunities.

Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
-
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
-
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
-
Attend trade shows, networking events, or client meetings as needed.

Maintain a solid understanding of company products, services, and value propositions.
-
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Provide input into marketing strategies based on market feedback.
Qualifications Required:
-
Matric (Grade 12) required.
-
Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field is advantageous.
-
Valid drivers license and own reliable transport (if required for field sales).
Experience:
-
25 years experience in a sales role.
-
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales reporting tools.
-
Industry-specific experience (e.g., construction, real estate, technology, solar) is a strong advantage.
