Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial solar systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.

• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential customers to assess energy needs and present tailored solar solutions.

• Educate clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools.

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, estimates, and contracts.

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handover and installation.

• Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and industry networking opportunities.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, incentives, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

• 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, energy, home improvement, or related industries.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.

• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
