About the Role
Our Client, Jelocorp, is a fast-growing provider of solar energy solutions dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses reduce their energy costs and environmental impact through clean, renewable power. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential customers to assess energy needs and present tailored solar solutions.
- Educate clients on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, estimates, and contracts.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handover and installation.
- Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and industry networking opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, incentives, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, energy, home improvement, or related industries.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
