Key Responsibilities:

• Create and prepare garment layups and designs for production

• Work closely with the production team to meet daily design requirements

• Ensure all artwork is aligned with brand guidelines and client specifications

• Maintain high levels of quality and attention to detail under tight deadlines

• Stay updated with design trends and techniques, especially in garment and sublimation printing

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Experience in garment design (knowledge of sublimation printing is a strong advantage)

• Own reliable transport is essential

• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet daily production deadlines

• Good communication skills and a team player mentality
