• Minimum of 2 years automotive sales experience (experience in other industries will not be considered)
• Stable employment history with contactable references
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to consistently sell 8-10 vehicles per month
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide professional sales advice
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (8-10 vehicles per month)
• Present and demonstrate new vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and value
• Conduct test drives and follow up with prospective buyers
• Negotiate pricing, finance options, and trade-in values professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and market trends
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, processes, and relevant legislation
• Manage administrative tasks related to sales, including contracts, documentation, and reporting
