Job Description
You’ll manage a portfolio of ±75 properties (growing to 100–120), mainly in Durbanville, Brackenfell, Buhrein, and Bellville. You’ll work closely with the director while handling admin, client relations, and property management.
Requirements:
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Presentable, professional, and a fast thinker
- Excellent communication skills
- Own transport is essential
- Willingness to work after hours and weekends when needed
Office Hours:
- Mon – Thurs: 08:00 – 17:00
- Friday: 07:30 – 17:00
