What Youll Do:

• Be the servant leader and Agile coach for a high-performing, self-organising team.
• Facilitate all key Scrum ceremonies and foster a culture of delivery, quality, and ownership.
• Partner with Project and Programme Managers to align team efforts with broader delivery goals.
• Shield your team from distractions and scope creep, ensuring focus and flow.
• Help identify and remove impediments, escalating when needed to keep momentum strong.
• Support the Product Owner in prioritisation and backlog refinement.

What You Bring:

• Deep understanding of Scrum principles, Agile values, and Lean thinking.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a knack for resolving team conflicts.
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Solid grasp of software development and DevOps practices.
• Bonus: Insurance industry experience is a plus!
