• Provide contractual and transactional support, including maintaining the group-wide contract register and drafting and overseeing legal agreements
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal alignment.
• Conduct legal research and provide advisory support.
• Maintain the compliance register and track group-wide policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Completed a BCom Law or LLB qualification.
• Minimum of 1 to 4 years’ post-articles experience in a legal or contracts-related role.
