• Hospitality Certificate or Diploma.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar guest relations or front office role.
• Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written English communication skills.
• Professional, well-presented, friendly, and approachable demeaner.
• High attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability.
• Own reliable transport to and from work.
