Are you looking to grow your career in project management within the rope access and site services industry? We are seeking a Junior Projects Manager to support our operations team in the successful delivery of projects across multiple sites.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on project management experience, while working closely with senior managers, supervisors, and technical teams.

What Youll Do

• Assist in planning and preparation of projects, ensuring all scopes, equipment, and materials are ready for mobilisation.

• Coordinate site logistics including transport, accommodation, and access requirements.

• Communicate project details to rope access teams (L1L3) and ensure all documentation and permits are in place.

• Provide on-site support, track daily progress, and escalate delays, risks, or technical issues.

• Support supervisors in maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance.

• Liaise with clients when required, attending site meetings and sharing progress updates.

• Assist with project close-out activities, ensuring documentation, equipment returns, and feedback are completed.

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within operations.

What Were Looking For

• Previous exposure to project coordination, construction, rope access, or related industries an advantage.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
