• Collaboratively define, review, maintain, and improve business analysis and process engineering standards, practices, methods, and techniques.
• Create, maintain, and continuously enhance a collection of company and industry best practices for business analysis/process engineering.
• Develop and refine business analysis/process engineering artefacts aligned with gold standards.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and feasibility studies to improve business processes and skill sets.
• Translate data into meaningful insights and support decision-making through extensive reporting.

What we are looking for:

• Completed BSc / IT degree or other relevant qualification in a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Data Analyst.
• Strong background in system integration using different technologies.
• Proven ability in data analytics and insights generation.
• Extensive reporting experience with attention to accuracy and clarity.
• Solid knowledge of process engineering/analysis methodologies.
• Experience in SharePoint development.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience in banking/financial services.
• Exposure to data engineering or data science projects.
• Knowledge of ARIS, Celonis, or other process mining tools.
