Durban North: Regional Finance Manager posted by Network Finance
Job Description
- Regional reporting, consolidations and management accounts
- Costing, variance analysis, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow oversight
- Payroll reconciliations and management of people costs
- Procurement, inventory and fixed assets control
- Risk management, governance and compliance
- Sales and commercial support to drive revenue growth
- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Working capital optimization and audit management
What You’ll Need:
- BCom Degree in Finance or Accounting
- CIMA or SAIPA accreditation
- 2–3 years’ experience in a financial management role
- Previous exposure to a factory/manufacturing environment (required)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with commercial acumen
