Candidate requirements: Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a luxury establishment Experience managing housekeepers and butlers Experience in coordinating rosters, training staff, and monitoring performance Good overall knowledge of the day-to-day running of a lodge as well as all departments Excellent administrative capabilities High attention to detail Organized and proactive Good knowledge of stock control Excellent guest interaction skills Driver’s license and own vehicle preferred This is a live-in role with 50% medical aid contribution, meal allowance of R3200 monthly and a bednight benefit after 3months.
