Lead feature engineering initiatives to drive model performance and business impact. Align scorecard strategies with commercial objectives in collaboration with stakeholders. Apply scoring models across banking and non-banking industries. Develop predictive solutions in low-data environments, especially SME lending. Mentor and upskill junior analysts/data scientists. Present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders. Contribute to PD and behavioural model development across the team. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering Experience: 8 years hands-on experience in application scoring & credit risk modelling Skills: SAS expertise is essential; Paragon modeler experience advantageous.
