Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant HR qualification (Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field).
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a Human Resources role.
• Strong knowledge of labour law, HR policies, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and provide support to management and staff.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records, leave management, and HR databases.
• Support training, skills development, and performance management initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
• Contribute to HR strategies that foster a positive and productive workplace.
