Requirements: Minimum of 3 years managerial experience within the automotive industry (used vehicles essential). Strong sales and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance in a team. Experience in stock management, customer relations, and achieving departmental targets. Knowledge of Evolve invoicing systems will be highly beneficial. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
