• Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to generate qualified business leads across various global campaigns.
• Achieve and exceed personal KPIs and targets consistently.
• Accurately qualify, verify, and update lead data using Excel and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com).
• Conduct professional conversations in your native or fluent language, engaging with business decision-makers.
• Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to share insights and continuously improve performance.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture focused on success and growth.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English plus one or more of the following languages: German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• 1+ year of B2B outbound calling / telemarketing / sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales or lead generation targets.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Confident working with Excel, CRM tools, and data entry.
• Resilient, competitive, and self-motivated personality.
• Must be based in Cape Town and able to work from the Century City office.
