• Matric / Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business advantageous
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role

Skills and Competencies: 

• Proven track record in sales in Retail, FMCG or hardware
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good administrative and reporting skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite 
• Valid driver’s license (essential due to travel requirements)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory or customer segment
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular visits to customer locations, perform product presentations, and provide sales support
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products and network with potential clients
• Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights to management
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
