We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our PMB based client. In this hands-on role, you will ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of flexible packaging machinery, minimizing downtime and supporting production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on packaging machinery.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure machines operate efficiently and safely.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on machine performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical qualification or trade certification (mechanical/electrical/electromechanical).
• Previous experience in maintenance within the packaging or manufacturing industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of safety standards and adherence to workplace safety protocols.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts if required.
