• Support the logistics team with daily supply chain activities, including inventory management, order processing, and stock control.
• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure timely distribution of power tools and accessories.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and warehouse documentation.
• Provide customer support by resolving order queries and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, finance) to optimize supply chain processes.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
