• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as Production Supervisor within a Laboratory | Manufacturing Industry
• Degree | Diploma in Production Management or related will be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of fertilizer formulations | Agrichemical products (Fertilizers | Adjuvants | insecticides | fungicides) | Mixing processes
• Proven experience in Plant maintenance | Equipment calibration | Implementing SOP’s
• Strong Leadership skills and ability to enforce Quality | Safety and Housekeeping standards
• Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
• Must be able to provide contactable references and payslips on request

Salary Structure:

• Negotiable salary package based on experience
