RECEPTIONIST High-End Luxury – Homeware Finishes & Fabrics

Salary: R15 000 – R20 000, DOE, CTC

A leading supplier of high-quality fabrics, rugs, wallpaper, and homeware is looking for an experienced Receptionist in the high-end architectural and interior industry.

About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for creating a professional and welcoming impression for all clients and visitors.

Your main duties will include:

• Managing a very busy reception area and switchboard.
• Providing excellent customer service and client support.
• Coordinating administration, filing, and office supplies.
• Ensuring the showroom and office equipment are well-maintained.

Essential Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate.
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans (non-negotiable).
• Minimum 4 years’ receptionist experience.
• Proven experience with switchboards and client relations.
• Computer literate in MS Office.
• Must be able to work every second Saturday (09:00 – 14:00).
