Location: Remote (North America business hours preferred)

Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Field Marketer (Sales Plays Contractor) to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role requires a dynamic, creative, and commercially driven professional with strong sales enablement and marketing campaign experience.
The Field Marketer will design, launch, and optimize sales plays and product set campaigns that drive pipeline growth and increase engagement across the North American sales organization. The ideal candidate is persistent, charismatic, and able to win buy-in from sales teams while quickly executing high-impact, attention-grabbing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Play Development Create compelling sales plays and product sets (approx. 45 per month), aligned with training offerings and key market opportunities.

Campaign Creation & Execution Develop targeted campaigns, including messaging, email templates, scripts, and supporting assets; push campaigns out to sales teams and track adoption.

Sales Collaboration Engage sales teams with energy and influence to ensure adoption of campaigns, building excitement and buy-in across the business.

Campaign Analysis Track campaign performance using tools like Salesforce and 6sense, review results each month, and optimize future plays based on feedback and data.
Requirements
4+ years experience in B2B field marketing, sales enablement, or campaign execution.
Background in technical training, IT services, or SaaS industries preferred.
Proven ability to design and execute impactful sales plays and go-to-market campaigns.
Proficiency with 6sense, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Sales Engagement.
Strong communication, influencing, and project management skills.
Commercial mindset: able to think creatively and tactically to drive sales attention and quick wins.
Persistent, charismatic, and confident in engaging sales teams to push initiatives forward.
