<p><strong>Luxury Hotel & Estate </strong>in <strong>Constantia, Cape Town</strong> is looking for a <strong>Porter / Driver.</strong></p><p>You will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have a <strong>memorable stay</strong>. You will be responsible for providing <strong>excellent customer service</strong>, assisting with <strong>luggage</strong> and transporting <strong>guests safely</strong> and <strong>efficiently.</strong></p><p>Your <strong>warm demeanour</strong> and <strong>attention to detail</strong> will help maintain the high standards of our establishment.</p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><p>Welcome and assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure.</p><p>Transport guests to and from the hotel in a safe and courteous manner.</p><p>Provide information about the hotels facilities, local attractions, and services.</p><p>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and vehicles.</p><p>Assist with room deliveries and special requests as needed.</p><p>Ensure the hotels vehicles are well-maintained and report any issues promptly.</p><p>Collaborate with the front desk and concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.</p><p>Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.</p><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour.</p><p>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.</p><p>Knowledge of the local area and attractions in Cape Town.</p><p>Physically fit and able to handle luggage and other physical tasks.</p><p>Professional appearance and conduct at all times.</p>
