Personally welcome guests & curate bespoke experiences</p><p>? Lead & motivate Guest Relations and Porters teams</p><p>? Manage rostering, leave, and operational systems (ResRequest & TallOrder)</p><p>? Oversee guest interactions, shop sales, and SOP compliance</p><p>?
