Key Responsibilities:Provide direct administrative and legal support to the Managing Director.Handle correspondence and liaison with government branches and regulatory bodies.Assist in resolving disputes related to procurement, contracts, and supply chain.Support the company in managing labour relations, disputes, and compliance with labour law.Draft, review, and organize documentation related to company operations.Ensure effective communication between the Managing Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders.Manage schedules, meetings, and confidential files with discretion.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors degree in Commerce Law or LLB (essential).Proven experience working with government institutions and compliance processes.Practical knowledge of handling disputes related to procurement and buying processes.Experience in labour relations, including conflict resolution and compliance with labour legislation.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
