REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a technical operator or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, including programming and fault-finding
• Solid technical and mechanical aptitude
• Physically fit and healthy to meet the demands of the role
• Own reliable transport is essential
• Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly

 
DUTIES:

• Operate, monitor, and supervise manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Perform PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ensure smooth production flow by quickly adapting to operational challenges.
• Oversee housekeeping and enforce health, safety, and quality standards.
• Support and guide production staff as needed.
• Report on technical performance and recommend improvements.
