• Design and execute strategies to maximise recovery and rehabilitation of secured home loan assets.
• Lead and provide guidance to the credit collections function to achieve targets and manage risk.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance frameworks, including foreclosure processes.
• Oversee portfolio analysis, risk reporting, and continuous improvement of collections processes.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or Quantitative Studies.
• Professional certification such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) advantageous.
• 10+ years’ experience in credit risk management, home loan collections, and recoveries leadership.
• Proven experience designing and implementing successful collections strategies.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Deep understanding of legal, regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.
