Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a detail-oriented & analytical Cost Accountant to join a dynamic business based in the Winelands. If you have a strong background in cost & management accounting and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

? Minimum Requirements:

? 23 years experience in cost & management accounting (analysis & reporting)

? BCom degree or equivalent (progress towards CIMA qualification advantageous)

? Proficient in Microsoft Excel & ERP systems (BOM & business intelligence software beneficial)

? FMCG or production environment experience preferred

? Strong communication & collaboration skills across teams & departments

Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks

Meticulous work ethic with a high level of accuracy

? Fluent in Afrikaans & English

? Key Responsibilities:

? Manage product costing & inventory reporting analyse variances & actual costs vs estimates

? Prepare cost estimates & quotes for new products, customers & product changes

? Update BOMs as required

? Assist with stock counts & inventory management

? Load cost estimates/quotes into relevant systems

? Assist with reconciliations & schedules

? Maintain accurate product costing records (old & new products)

? Provide audit support & continuous reporting
