Role OverviewAs a Client Liaison Officer, you will manage the customer experience from initial contact through to vehicle collection. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, who can confidently communicate with clients, insurance companies, and workshop staff.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and provide a welcoming and professional first impression.Manage customer bookings, inquiries, and follow-ups.Keep customers informed about repair progress, timeframes, and any changes to estimates.Liaise between customers, estimators, and the workshop team to ensure clear and timely communication.Assist with processing insurance paperwork and claims.Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and repair status updates.________________________________________RequirementsPrevious experience in customer service, reception, or client liaison (automotive industry experience is a bonus).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional presentation and phone manner.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, job tracking software, email).A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.Please send CV to *****@*****.co.za or contact (***)***-****
