Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Diploma in Hospitality / Housekeeping Management
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory housekeeping role (hotel, lodge, or similar environment).
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and health C safety requirements.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, PMS such as PAN or similar)

• Education
• Matric/Grade 12 (essential).
• Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management or Housekeeping (advantageous).
• Experience
• 2–4 years’ experience in housekeeping, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role (preferably in a lodge, hotel, or resort environment).
• Experience working in a game lodge or remote environment (advantage).

• Ability to work under pressure in a lodge environment.
