About the Role

Hire Resolve is urgently seeking a Technical Sales Representative in Durban, KZN to join their client in the supply chain industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical sales and strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of hydraulic products and systems.
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the hydraulic industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems and products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation.

Qualifications

No formal education or certifications are required for this role. However, relevant experience in technical sales is essential.
