Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Lodge Anchor for a luxury safari lodge in the Sabi Sands, South Africa.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established property where you will contribute to maintaining exceptional standards and ensuring memorable guest experiences.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role in a high-end lodge or hotel environment
Strong Food & Beverage knowledge
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Confident hosting ability with keen attention to detail
Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Comfortable living in a remote bush setting and working flexible hours
Knowledge of reservations systems and general administration is an advantage
