This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to step seamlessly into various departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day lodge operations, including front of house, housekeeping, and F&B
• Provide support to lodge management and act as a point of contact in their absence
• Ensure guest experiences are seamless, personalized, and of the highest standard
• Handle administration, reservations, and stock control as required
• Maintain strong communication between departments to ensure efficient service delivery
• Uphold lodge standards and assist in training and supporting staff

Requirements:

• Previous lodge or hospitality experience in a similar role
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and guest relations abilities
• Flexible, hands-on, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs
• Passion for hospitality and the guest experience
• Knowledge of reservations systems and stock management is advantageous
