Job Description
- A diploma in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Great communication skills (written & spoken)
- Computer literacy
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
What you’ll do:
- Support our legal team with day-to-day admin and secretarial tasks
- Prepare and format documents and correspondence
- Keep diaries and filing systems up to date
- Be the friendly point of contact for clients and colleagues
- Jump in to assist wherever needed in the office
