WORKSHOP MANAGER – Minimum 15 Years’ experience Engineering / Production – 

* Qualified Fitter & Turner
* CNC(Edgecam), Welding, Turning &
   Line Boring experience
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage workshop operations.
• Supervise and lead a team of technicians and artisans.
• Ensure efficient production schedules and quality output.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and control costs.
• Collaborate with other departments for streamlined processes.
• Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role.
• Background in Engineering and Technical sectors.
• Trade qualification as a Fitter and Turner.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure.
