• Oversee all aspects of contract conditions and project management.
• Ensure productive and profitable utilization of resources on site.
• Liaise with clients on project site matters to achieve objectives and requirements.
• Manage sub-contractors and workforce to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Plan manpower, materials, accommodation, transport, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (OHSA 16.2 & MHSA).
• Compile and review monthly progress claims, costs, and reports.
• Conduct site meetings and provide weekly reports to the Area Manager.
• Monitor capital expenditure and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Ensure timely project completion within budget and contract specifications.
• Maintain labour harmony and positive industrial relations.
• Co-ordinate design, drawings, and quality plans for the project.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be in possession of a Trade Test in Electrical.
• Further qualification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on electrical and instrumentation projects within mining (essential).
• Strong track record in project management within the mining/construction sector.
• Ability to assess, estimate, and manage costs effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
