Key Responsibilities

• Design, Implementation, & Integration:
  • Lead the configuration, and integration of Microwave systems with Nokia CTN and Huawei CTN nodes.
  • Integrate new microwave links into the core transmission network.
  • Perform network expansions and hardware/software upgrades with minimal service impact.
• Operations & Maintenance (O&M):
  • Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex faults across the transmission network (Nokia CTN, Huawei OptiX, and Microwave).
  • Monitor network performance, analyze trends, and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical outages and implement corrective actions.
• Configuration & Provisioning:
  • Provision and manage end-to-end services (E-Line, E-LAN, E-Tree) on the Nokia CTN (NFM-T) platform.
  • Configure and manage SDH/OTN paths and channels on Huawei OptiX equipment (U2000/NCE).
  • Configure and optimize new microwave links, including RF planning support and capacity management.

Requirement:

• 5+ years’ experience in Transmission Network Engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Nokia CTN (NFM-T) and Huawei OptiX (U2000/NCE).
• Solid knowledge of Microwave transmission systems and integration with CTN.
• Experience in service provisioning (E-Line, E-LAN, E-Tree) and SDH/OTN configuration.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting, RCA, network expansion, and upgrades.
• Good understanding of RF planning basics and capacity optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
