Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Technical qualification or strong exposure to instrumentation, sensors, or control systems.
• 1–3 years’ sales experience (preferably in a technical or engineering sector).
• Proven hunter mentality — cold calling, chasing leads, and building a pipeline.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Identify, target, and close new business opportunities in the I&C market.
• Sell solutions involving sensors, instrumentation, and drives to industrial clients.
• Work with senior engineers to gain product expertise and technical confidence.
• Develop proposals, handle client presentations, and provide after-sales support.
