? Location: Greater Hoedspruit Area, Limpopo
? Type of Property: Newly opening, exclusive 5-star safari lodge, part of a well-known luxury collection
? Summary of Key Requirements:

• A warm, engaging, and service-oriented personality, especially in guest-facing roles

• Minimum of 8 years relevant 5* lodge-based experience

• Strong Food & Beverage experience: menu planning, costing, presentation, and wine knowledge

• Solid understanding of lodge operations including reservations, reception, housekeeping, grounds, administration, and cost control

• Strong team leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage staff effectively

• Comfortable working independently and in a hands-on, proactive role

• Maintenance oversight experience (pool, accommodation, general lodge infrastructure)

• Ability to adapt to change and bring innovative ideas to improve service delivery

• Basic knowledge of local fauna and flora advantageous

• Excellent organisational, delegation, and problem-solving skills

• Child-friendly environment accommodation suitable for small families (2-bedroom unit provided)

? Salary: R50,000 R55,000 per couple (negotiable depending on experience). Live-in, with accommodation & standard benefits provided. Open to couples with children.
