Job Description
- Invoicing job cards on Numbers.
- Preparing quotations and cost calculations.
- Occasionally driving into town to collect items such as meters.
- Liaising with clients to follow up on payments.
- Uploading invoices onto Pastel.
- Any other administrative tasks such as placing orders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, PA, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Pastel, and preferably Apple Numbers.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritise effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
Working hours and compensation:
- Hours: 08:00 – 13:00.
- A cellphone and fuel allowance will be provided if she needs to travel from George to Wilderness.
- Currently, no medical aid or pension benefits are offered.
