Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a versatile and proactive Admin Reservation & Duty Manager / Housekeeping Supervisor for a luxury private game lodge near Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal. This dynamic role suits a guest-focused individual with strong administrative skills and housekeeping oversight experience.

? Key Responsibilities:

? Administration & Reservations

Assist with reservations and marketing-related tasks

Perform administrative duties including capturing expenses and income

Support guest check-ins and check-outs

Host guests and close the lodge on a rotational basis

? Housekeeping Supervision

Oversee a housekeeping team of three staff members

Ensure rooms meet five-star presentation and cleanliness standards

Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and attention to detail across all departments

? Employment Package:

? Work cycle: 21 days on / 9 days off (includes annual leave)

? Uniform provided

? Accommodation with en-suite bathroom and shower

? All meals provided during working cycle

? Gratuities paid as per company policy
