Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Couple to join a prestigious private game reserve in Hoedspruit. This exceptional opportunity is ideal for two highly motivated individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering world-class hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Warm, engaging personalities with a strong focus on guest-facing excellence

• Genuine passion for hosting, organising, and delivering exceptional service

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff

• Previous experience in high-end hospitality management, ideally within 5-star establishments

• Ability to work independently and take a hands-on approach to operations

• Flexible, adaptable, and receptive to new ideas

• Strong organisational skills, including resource allocation, implementing control systems, and effective delegation

• Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning, costing, presentation, and wine knowledge

• Experience overseeing maintenance and operational workflows

• Live-in availability with commitment to life on a game reserve

• Basic knowledge of local fauna and flora is advantageous

Minimum Experience:

• At least 8 years relevant hospitality experience, or a diploma from a recognised hotel school

• Extensive experience in Food & Beverage operations

• Required skills and experience may be shared between the couple
